Perfect Bit Driver!
Compact, light, smooth ratcheting mechanism, durable, and just feels good in the hand. What I love most about it is the selector switch that you turn in the direction that you will be twisting the bit. All ratcheting screwdrivers should do this. Definitely worth the few extra bucks over the big box brands.

Exceptionally well made tool
This tool offers the essential fuction of a hex-bit driver, but spices up the swagger with an easy-to-swap ratchet mechanism giving the user the ability to drive or reverse screws with nothing more than a deft flick of the wrist. The quick-release bit holder keeps bits secure due to the detent collar and precision fit. The benefit being that no driver bits will become lodged in the screw and pop free only to drop to the bottom of some dark hole while you're working. The ergonomics of the tool are top-notch. It's easy to hold, and when you need to put the extra gronk onto something, it's grippy, comfortable, and lightweight. Because it trends toward the precision end of the hand-tool spectrum, it has a fine-tooth ratchet mechanism to help drive even the most fine-pitched fasteners with speed and accuracy. There is no on-tool bit storage or storage case. This tool is intended to sit in the top drawer with the tools held only in the highest regard.

Compact and Versatile
Awesome little ratcheting screwdriver that fits comfortably in my hand and takes any standard bits or attachments. It's surprisingly light but not in a way that feels cheap. Overall would definitely recommend, it's always the first thing I grab out of my toolbox.

One of the best
Very low back drag! Ratchet direction selector goes the right way. Easy to swap bits but good lock when it's in. It's the only bit lock that I like. I can't stand the others I have. Only negative is that it's a fairly small handle size. Same as their electrical handle one that I have (non ratcheting version). It's just too thin to get a lot of torque. So personally I wrapped it in silicone tape to increase it in size similar to the next size up of Wera handles. See photo. I did a terrible job with the tape but other than being messy-looking it's now so much more grippy and I'm able to transfer so much more torque. I wish this had a PB Swiss Grip handle. 😭 Unfortunately the PB Swiss ones have super strong back drag in the mechanism. Wera do make one with a thicker handle but not with the same ratcheting mechanism as far as I knew. But it's possible I would have been happier with the larger 60 RA model for my uses. I like the Zyklop models that can tilt the head but I find the ratchet on them too stiff. For now this is an awesome tool.

Excellent little driver for everyday use
Excellent little screw driver that is compact, lightweight, and easy to use. Size is perfect - fits in the palm nicely, making it easy to use in many different applications. While it does feel a little bit delicate, it has help up well so far. It's not necessarily a negative quality, but the ring which selects ratcheting direction can be rotated very easily, sometimes accidentally. Just be aware of this, in case you are looking for something with a more positive indexing. Value is reasonable based on the build quality and functionality of this screwdriver.

Nice size and easy to use.
I saw a regular Wera screwdriver online and how it is a good screwdriver. I wanted something other than a regular screwdriver and researched and found this version. I wanted a ratcheting one and something smaller. This is nicely made and designed to be held firmly. I also got a bit set that I liked by Wera. I read they grip better. Very happy with it.

Nice ratcheting screwdriver
I purchased this screwdriver after trying one at a friend's shop. The ratcheting mechanism is among the smoothest I've used. It only requires fingertip control when ratcheting. Switching from right to left drive is done with the green hex part at the fingertips. The change from left to right is super smooth and can be done easily with one hand. It can also be locked in the middle position to lock out the ratchet mechanism completely. Once you change the direction of the ratchet with the green hex knob, you can keep turning this knob easily by fingertip to start the screw and then use the ratchet once it tightens up. It is impressively smooth, much smoother than my Snap-On ratcheting screwdriver that I've used for years. This screwdriver is great for small work since the handle is smaller than many of my other ratcheting screwdrivers. I also purchased the Wera KK25 screwdriver with internal bit storage. It has a larger handle that I prefer for most things although it does not have the ratchet mechanism. This 838 RA-R M has the quick bit holding tip that can be used with a simple screwdriver tip, or with one of the longer Rapidaptor extensions. I got them in several sizes and will use them in this driver as well as my drill/drivers since they work so well. If you use the longer extension instead of just the bit tip, there is a little more play but not enough to be a problem for most work.
