Love this dye
My hair felt amazing after using this brand, very soft. I love the colour too. I will be ordering again in the future.

Not sure
I had light brown hair with significant very gray roots showing. Decided to get this dye as dark gray appealed to me. Didn't do anything to brown as to light gray roots they just got little darker. So I don't think i.ll get it again

Light black is not grey
If you're looking for a good, neutral grey hair colour, this ain't it. It dyed my grey hairs pinky purple and the rest of my pre lightened hair an ugly, box dye warm black, probably impossible to shift. This harsh colour will never fade to grey.I made another mistake by buying 2 boxes, so the second one is going straight in the bin.

Didn’t cover grey roots
No grey coverage at all. My roots still showed up after applying.
