Right Body for You

Just endless not so entertaining stories and little usable content.I get that if you are way into Access Consciousness you are going to give everything five stars, but, really, this is not that compelling a book.

fantastic book, enjoyed every minute! It was soooo great having clearing statements after each subject spoken about in the book to change and destroy our point of view, judgements, expectations & beliefs in every area that may be holding us back from living the best life.Easy to read, interactive and a book EVERYONE especially teenagers and young adults should be reading.

This is one of the few books that I have read over and over again, since it creates so much change for my body and my life EVERY SINGLE TIME! If you’re seeking a something different for and with your body, this book is a must read - or in this case, a must LISTEN as Donnielle Carter, a major contributor to this “body” of work, narrates this life-changing book that is full of tools and questions that are easily used by everyone!

So true. Amazing. Simple. Honest. You don’t need the written words to receive Gary’s message from this book. You heart will get it anyway

This is a fabulous book. I liked it so much that after I got the Kindle book, I ordered a hard copy. It's something I will reference again and again. This is a "working on yourself" book, that works from the inside out. It's a book about choices, and how to actually change things in your life. What are you willing to change?

This book has done for me more than all the other new age workshops I've taken together!! I recommend this book to everyone who wants to make huge changes in your life, it's like the bars from my own judgements on me have raised and liberated!! My actions are clear my goals are set and I have this book to thank!!

Best idea ever, how can this get better than this? Love the subject

It is a very lovely and nice way to see how your body will work for you and you will do so for him, to learn how to love yourself in one different manners. Lovely. You must read it if you are looking to find out how to be in direct contact with your body!

what a brilliant listen / read. I first had this book on audible, and now have it in written format too. It's clear, easy to read and makes a massive head shift in how you are treating / using your body. I am actually beginning to lose weight for the first time, not by doing anything different, just as a result of shifting my thinking and being around food.

Great book

Brilliant book and a different way of looking at things. If your Fed up with all the usual law of attraction stuff this is for you. This is completely different. Highly recommended!

The book shows how we judge our bodies, make war & eat to fill the space of us, After a lifetime of diets, fads & crazy ideas here is a different way, making peace & listening to our bodies and they respond.... I love it.

While having body issues, it was a big help! I need to read and read it again and do the verbal processes again and again to get the best out of it! Thank you Gary and Donielle for the contribution you are!
