I usually workout in the afternoon so didn't want something with caffeine. This works great and makes me feel "energized". Flavor is amazing too. Only downside is the packaging - the re-sealable part doesn't work. When it arrives you have to tear off the top, but then you can't re-seal it closed because the powder is all over/inside the seal.
