Using these Multivitamins from 10-12 days and can say that these are useful,best support for my overall health.Definitely felt more alive and like I could do a lot more in a day. Causes severe discomfort
It can cause severe digestive issues. It did to me. So looks like each tablet is loaded with high amount of iron so when I took it every day it was extremely hard on my stomach. I experienced bloating and severe constipation. I increased my fiber and water intake but in vain. Nothing worked for me until I stopped taking this tablet. This is an expensive supplement costing 11rs per tablet but I doubt if it's really worth the side effects I experienced. Consult a Doctor before you buy this.
