Instructions leave out to search for drivers on HP site. This is a must!
I am giving this a 5 star because it prints fast, beautiful and bonus on the double side print capability. But my only comment is...Hey, HP this is 2025. Installation should be easy and self explanatory. The instructions look like they were designed by a kindergartener. They only left out the simple fact that YOU NEED TO FIND DRIVERS ONLINE AND INSTALL EVERY SINGLE ONE YOU CAN FIND. Then after that restart you computer and unplug and plug your printer in. Sprinkle it with some Holy Water, turn around on one foot and hold your breath for 45 second. After that it works great. But in all seriousness, search HP 3201 drivers on HP site, and install them all. Do a full reset and you are good. Most people will think since my computer found the printer online and installed you should be good to go, that was not the case.Prints beautiful, quick and crisp. Be aware that it comes with starter toner, but to restock the printer with HP toner will be about $400. I am sure the non starter toners will last a lot of prints, but still an investment.

Not HP's best work
First, I only buy HP Laser printers because of quality and reliability. This printer has wireless and ethernet options but it's one or the other not both by design. I have it connected to a network, and it prints sometimes, not very reliable. Other printers on my network are fine, it's just this one. Overall, it has very little features and display is monochrome, and very slow from the time I hit print it can take several minutes until the printer starts processing. The quality is Ok, would not recommend for a network because the IP connection will drop when idle. Microsoft troubleshooting says it needs to be the default printer to keep the connection up so the job will go to the printer. Weird the print queue will just hold the job if it's not the default printer (even though it was selected for the print job). My previous HP 522 printer worked well in the same environment. This was to be a replacement after the 522 became expensive to fix, but I cannot recommend this to anyone using a home network. I can get the printer working but come back tomorrow and I am running pings and reinstalling the driver again. It will work each time I install the driver for a day. Very poor product for a printer with the HP name on it. I am using Windows 10 Pro on Notebook and Desktop. Would gladly pay double for a reliable printer that does not require an IT Admin to keep it printing. Users in small office driving me crazy - guess what is about to be tossed out.

HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw Wireless Color Laser Printer, 2025 Version
Laser printers have a reputation for being bulky beasts, which is true for most professional models and those designed for photography and graphic work. This one, however, is a personal or small office printer that prints at 24 ppm, fully compatible with the latest Apple technologies, very easy to set up, and delivered with ready-to-use toner cartridges—just plug it in, and it's good to go.The print quality is excellent, and you can find compatible toners that will cost you less than what you typically spend on an inkjet printer.Having used all kinds of laser printers in my life—the first one being an Apple—I’m accustomed to high-end graphic laser printers. Yet, the HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw impressed me greatly, despite being designed purely for office use.The only issue I encountered was getting it recognized on the Ethernet network. I initially set it up via Wi-Fi, then forced a firmware update, after which it became visible on the Ethernet network. In conclusion, this is a very good color laser printer, seemingly reliable.

Still need an InkJet for Photos... :(
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This printer is very crisp, clean, and fast. Reading the specs and seeing that it had a "photo feeder" tray, I naively thought you could print photos...What I am about to share is not obvious so learn from me. The printer does NOT support normal photo paper:Diving into the Technical Specs:"Up to 200 g/m² (53 lb) for specialty media types like glossy photo paper (in limited formats and possibly only via the manual feed tray)"If you try anything in the "normal" photo thickness i.e. 60lb stock or greater, the paper will get stuck in the feeder EVERY TIME. I thought maybe 60lb would be ok, but no. What you have to find is "extra thin" photo paper like "HP Everyday Photo Paper" or you can't print photos, period. The everyday photo paper is very thin and "cheesy" IMO and doesn't look nice when I print photos (i.e. it does clearly say designed for Inkjet printers). Try and find a 53lb or less photo paper for laser...So, depends on your use case. This won't replace my inkjet for photos, but will for standard paper, standard documents, it does the trick.
