The clamp itself was fine, for the price. Not a mo clamp but for the price I wouldn't expect it to be. The problem was it was used and had seized bolts from being impacted on/off a bunch of times. Can't blame the seller, amazon likely took it back on return not knowing it was used/damaged and resold it. Happens.
