I purchased this on the advice of my doctor and have used it consistently for about 8 weeks. I have autoimmune diseases and struggle with pain and inflammation. Super convenient and versatile. I use this several times a week for my back. I am able to choose the light intensity and amount of time and from there just lay & relax for 30 minutes on the mat. I have a light red light therapy device for my face and decided to try something for my body. I saw this particular mat for a good price and decided to purchase it. It's very easy to use, lightweight and has several settings to choose from. The plastic cover is easy to keep it clean... I roll it up and store it in my closet, it doesn't take up much room. After my gym workout I typically come home and settle in on it while I watch TV. It's very relaxing and has helped with my muscle tone and I think it's improving my cellulite if you can believe that! I'm thoroughly enjoying it and honestly kind of getting addicted to it LOL. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.
