I ordered this Wayona 2-meter USB-C to USB-C cable. For the first 28-29 days it was excellent fast charging, sturdy feel, and great value for money. After about a month, one end needed to be tilted to charge, though there was no visible damage. Since it’s covered under Wayona’s 12-month warranty, I contacted support on WhatsApp. They responded quickly and arranged a replacement that was delivered within 2 days. The new cable arrived fast and works perfectly. Overall the cable performs well, and Wayona’s customer service was quick, straightforward, and professional. Really appreciated the smooth warranty process and prompt response on WhatsApp.

Amazing Product. Length of the cable alone makes you ditch corded extensions and gives more convenience. It costed me less than buying a power strip and gets work done. Charges everything from my laptop to earphones. Power Output is 65W peak, and speed is good enough for regualr use. Plus braided cable gives you ease of mind in terms of maintenance and durability.

The product appears to be high quality and reasonably priced. Although the cable stopped working after 4 months. So, I contacted customer support and they replaced it with minimal hassle. Overall, a smooth after sales experience.

The product is quite durable, my mistake a minor damaged product was received and was not working properly but the warranty claim was very smooth and had been finished in 2hr only and a replacement was dispatched on the same day. The service is great.
