I have duffle bags that offer a lot of pockets and separation within the bag, but I quickly realized that those tend to add bulk and weight to my packs because of the extra fabric they use. I now gravitate towards the lighter, but great quality material and stitching, which is exactly what I got with this. Benetton and Delsey are brands I grew up with and trust, and this bag didn't miss. The fabric is thin and light, but it feels strong, and I love that it's water-repellent. I love that you have both padded velcro handles or the shoulder strap for walking around the airport. Keep in mind, however, that there's no structure to this bag whatsoever. It doesn't stand by itself, and there's not even a bottom pad/board. This was a plus for me though, as I could just fold it easily to stow when not needed, or travel with it folded, AND if I need an extra bag going back home. This won't work for everyone, but it fits my needs perfectly.

This is a beautiful Benneton-branded bag, but it’s made by Delsey and designed by them in France. The two companies have a partnership now for the design and distribution of luggage. I happen to think the Delsey brand is far more prestigious than the Benneton brand, especially nowadays. Other than a maker’s label, however, there is no Delsey branding on here, except for the removable hangtag.This piece is well made, but very slight in appearance. it’s just an oversized bag featuring one large internal compartment and one small zippered compartment on the exterior of the bag, plus a somewhat larger interior zipped compartment. There is no structure to the bag… it relies upon whatever you put in it for its shape. As seen in the photos on the product page, it most likely was stuffed with paper, which is what gave it shape and form for the photo shoot.It does have a strap on one side to allow you to loop it through the handle of a carry-on bag. They say this “comes with longer strap to wear it on your shoulder or sling it cross-body,” but I think they mean that the one handle on the bag is of such a length that you can either hand carry it or throw it over your shoulder. There is no alternate strap included. The strap is good as a shoulder strap, but its extra-long length makes it a bit too long for hand carrying.The bag is made from durable waterproof polyester, which I only know from the hangtag. There is no label within. While we’re on the topic of labels… there is an embossed Benneton logo on the bag and that’s fine; it just sort of blends into the bag, but there is also a really large green Benetton logo sewn into the side of the bag and, in my view, it’s not in keeping with the classy nature of the rest of the bag. Seems out of place… and hard to remove without destroying the bag.It's a very nice bag and is perfect for stuffing into your suitcase as an extra bag to hold souvenirs once you get to your holiday hotspot. But the value equation is a bit skewed. I would expect to pay less than half this price for a well-designed, but rather slight and slender soft-sided polyester bag imported from China.

Duffle bags are hit or miss. They're either light and will break, heavy and too bulky, or just don't feel good and bug you in some way. That being said, this duffle bag hits the middle ground pretty well. It's very light, but doesn't feel cheap or fragile.There aren't as many side pockets as I like, and it's pretty "tall", but the shape and design does encourage better packing and easy travel so those negatives aren't even that bad.

Was surprised at how basic this duffle bag looks, coming from United Colors of Benetton. There's nothing wrong with the duffle bag but if I wanted a generic looking bag there are many affordable options out there. This isn't an expensive bag, but it just looks very plain.Otherwise, the bag is well made and certainly does the job. And, to be fair, I'm not a fashion expert. Perhaps I'm missing some nuances.

The color is bright and vibrant, the exterior feels like plastic nylon. It is water-resistant, but it looks a little cheap for my liking. Inside, there's one large compartment and a smaller one for valuables. However, it's soft-sided and doesn't stand upright, which makes packing somewhat inconvenient. While it looks durable, I didn't find it particularly special. It's a decent bag, but I feel you could find similar quality for a better value elsewhere.

This is a nice, lightweight, well-constructed Benetton-branded bag that was made by Delsey.It’s made of a soft, water-repellent polyester fabric, which has a beautiful sheen.It features a zippered pocket on the outside for carrying keys, passport, wallet, phone or small tablet. Inside, it’s quite spacious and there is another zippered pocket on one side.There is a double-zipper that wraps around 3-quarters of the bag.It features long durable straps to carry the bag over your shoulder, and a soft padded velcro handle grip to make it comfortable to carry by hand. There is also a strap that allows the bag to fit over the handle of roll-on luggage, which is really convenient if you’re walking around an airport.However, this is not a structured bag – even though the photo in the ad makes it appear that it is. There is no firm bottom to keep the bag flat – and no structures on the sides to keep it upright. When nothing is in the bag, it just collapses. Of course, this makes it easy to fold up into a small bag when not using it.The fabric is very lightweight, so I don’t think it would be a good bag for carrying heavy objects. But for regular clothing, shoes, tablet, etc. – it works great. I’m happy with it.
