Good price and was very promptly delivered
Came complete and delivered in very short time. Good price and was very promptly delivered. Comes with Torx T25 head wrench.Fairly easy to mount once you figure out how to do it. Instructions do not indicate how to remove "rear end siderail covers". To do so, just grasp firmly at end closest to siderail and pull straight up. They are tight but will come off since since each is mounted on pressure clips that become visible once you remove the cover. Did not need to use anything to pry them. Although not a GM produced piece, there is a "you tube" video that provides "How to" mount directions which help to understand the not too clear instructions.Suggest you split hardware for each side and for each crossrail (front crossrail is the longer one) ahead of time since you have a left and right side for each crossrail .There are 8 "tap plates" ( two for each of the four sliders) . They are inserted on slider's slots (see instruction's step 2); two of the slots are somewhat narrow and you may have to tap plate into slot . Make sure the hole on the plate is aligned with slider holes so at time of mounting crossrail's support ends to slider with screw, it "catches" and can be tightened. Same for thumb wheel (used for tightening when placing crossrails in desired position once they are mounted) Note that one end of each crossrail is adjustable so the cross rail can reach across width in question and that there is no need to tighten the screws mounting the adjustable ends.

Easy to install, works well and looks nice.
Took about an hour to install, mostly because I did it alone and had to keep walking around the car to tighten bolts and such. An extra hand would definitely speed things up. I found a couple of Youtube videos that showed how it installs. I recommend watching one of those videos just so you know what to expect.Overall it's a solid product and it all went together easily. Pay close attention to the instructions. You may think they are not detailed enough but there are. One bar is shorter than the other and the brackets are side specific. Each one is marked LH or RH for left-hand or right-hand. LH is drivers side and that is called out in the instructions.

Security screws ARE not made incorrectly
Installed on a Buick Enclave with little trouble. I viewed 4 YouTube videos before installing. None was completely accurate, but I got enough information to do it correctly. Every video referred to the 8 screws as large or small. Those screws will only work where intended. The difference is that 4 of them are a security type that requires a special included wrench and a regular torx wrench will not work. Do not lose it! The hardest part is removing the rear end caps on the cars rails. Worked well with my cargo carrier.

Hand tightening may not be enough
Looks great. Installation instructions are inadequate. There are 4 metal nuts in the kit that are not mentioned in the instructions but need to be inserted into the members that slide into the installed rails. Watching an installation video on the internet is a good idea. Thumb screws used to tighten bars in place are not large enough to properly secure the bar under load. After one bar slipped while driving into the wind, I had to use tools to retighten it.

Overall a good product
The product was a genuine GM product and fit our 2012 Buick Enclave very well. I have seen the reviews that suggest that the directions are hard to follow, but I didn't have any problems. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bolts that I received were extremely difficult to work with. The bolts have a 6 star opening (as opposed to a phillips type opening). Some of the bolts had a tiny prong in the middle of that opening and the tool they provided to crank the bolts didn't fit. I had to drill them out and use a different tool. Once the unit was on the car, it worked great.

Works perfectly
We have had these now for over a year on our 2009 Enclave and have had no issues. Actually, the only issue that I can think of is that there is a little bit more noise when driving under 30mph. It sounds like a window is slightly open, but that is expected with any racking. We have had several trips now using our Yakima hard shell case on top and had no issues. The install process was very simple and I just leave them on all the time now. It is easy to take the rails off, but I don't ever do it anymore. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and recommend them for anyone with an Enclave.

I didn't really like to pay this much
The rails worked out real well. I had no problems exept as one other reviewer wrote, the instructions were kind of vague. What the heck, I put them together in about a half hour. They do need more play by play instructions if you know what I mean. I didn't really like to pay this much, but I didn't lose my carrier in even the windiest of conditions. They didn't slide or move out of position once. They were not real user friendly instructions and parts, but they did the job.

Hard to install but otherwise great
I got these for my husband for his Buick Enclave. As other reviewers have noted, they are difficult to install and 2 of the screws were the wrong size. But, once on, they look great and you would never know they were not factory installed. Plus, they have hooks for securing things that the rails on the new Buicks don't have. There is no wind noise while driving with these, which was a problem with rails I had gotten for my own SUV. So, they would have gotten 5 stars if they were easier to install.
