Yes it's worth it!
Bought to replace another device for my wife laptop.Very solidly made, strong holding the laptop. Can be used on desk during a meeting to have the screen at the perfect height. Then easily move over to a couch and change to using more of the key board.Making adjustments you have you take the laptop away and work each support leg independently then test on flat surface to see if it properly the right angle, using both hands to articulate the legs, that's a bit of a pain. Once it's in your perfect position it's not a let down. Well made and sturdy. Over all 10 out of 10

Not the greatest
The stand is not the greatest, but also not the worst:Pros:- large enough to fit a 16" laptop- has an attachable mouse pad feature to place any other accessories- able to adjust heightsCons:- the stand is extremely wobbly and not durable at all- I did not like that I had to keep pressing each button to get a desired angle - I would of have preferred it if I was able to tilt the legs and have them click and stay in place. Even when trying to match the same angles on both sides, I've noticed that one side will still be slightly uneven.- I have mostly used this stand with my Microsoft tablet, however, even its slight weight can make the stand topple if I am not carefulOverall, I will be keeping the stand because it does help with my height and the stand has definitely save me some room space on my desk.

So many positions, WOW!
As described. Very versatile, so many adjustable variations, I use it while setting in chair and while setting on my bed. I do wish it has venting holes to keep computer cool without worry of laptop overheating. The mouse attachment is a nice feature but, I would suggest a piece of cloth or mouse pad to keep mouse on removable mouse table, an extra feature. Overall, I like it, it is very sturdy, easy to use buttons to adjust to many positions. I will recommend.

Everything they say is true. Not bad though. May return. Watch for fingers!
This stand is not bad and gets the work done.I’m debating returning, but for price and/or household without children/active pets, it works. My primary use: 1.) keep computer elevated and above work materials and liquids that may be on desk and free up desk space. 2.) watch tv from bed without having laptop in bed.PROS:1.) Price fairly reasonable compared to other models2.) Comfort- Extension height accommodates taller folks when using as standing desk.- Wide enough to comfortably bridge hips/legs leaving ample “aisle” room. Important when WFB.3.) Size works, especially if you cowork from bed/couch (there— you can stay on your side of the bed 😉), want to save surface space on actual desk/table.4.) Wide range of angles. Great for those who enjoy having laptop almost upright.5.) Design simple and not flashy.CONS:1.) Adjusting not intuitive and is cumbersome and difficult. Very easy to injure fingers while adjusting. In one mishap, my nail bent up and backwards leaving a white trophy mark across my nail bed. It was VERY painful. As such:- I would NOT gift to children/anyone with an arthritic condition.- I leave in one position and on desk (which defeats my intent of having a portable desk).- DO NOT lose cheat cheat with recommend bed, couch, table adjustment settings! You may never figure it out on your own.2.) Strength- this is not your rough and tough, tumble piece of equipment (that said it’s not as feeble as many of the comments suggest). I would NOT however leave laptop on stand while adjusting, nor would use this stand for a heavier or thicker notebook. Given also that the ledge is minimal and adjusting is jerky— just don’t do it.3.) Mousepad ledge waste of time. Not designed to at 90 degree angle or adjust. Moved in tandem with top joint.I wish I had also opted for a stand that included a sunken cup holder and more surface space (so I could use in tandem with legal pad). It’s certainly not a dealbreaker for me, but if it’s in your budget to go up, go for it.

NICE PRODUCT
This is working out very well for me. I read in bed and it is so much easier using this rather than elevating my book on a couple of pillows. It is very sturdy and light weight and easily adjustable. I like that it has a small shelf to rest the book on. I wish I had bought it years ago.

Very Poor Design - Not worth it
As a designer, it irks me to see poor design in everyday objects. When I first saw this advertised on CBS Deals, I thought that's exactly what I need as health reasons have forced me to work on my laptop a lot in bed. 1) The stand is not well balanced because the feet are too narrow; they need to be broader to offer stability and handle the weight of a laptop on a bed or any surface. The weight of the laptop as well as your hands as you rest on the laptop will cause the stand to tip forward if you have the platform at an angle. 2) Any bed surface will be too soft for this contraption to sit securely on. 3) It is rickety, feels cheaply made, and unsecured. 4) The platform needs vent holes so the laptop doesn't get too hot. 5) They should have a feature on the platform edge to make it comfortable for your wrists to rest on when typing. It just has a hard edge that digs into your wrists and leaves marks. 6) The detachable plate to rest your mouse on is unusable and ridiculously cheaply made. The one that came with mine angles downward so the mouse slid right off. I had to use clamps and wrenches to straighten the angle of the plate so it would be level with the platform. (Insert eye roll) 7) There should be a lip all the way around the platform in case the stand tips (and it will) so there is some added protection against the laptop sliding off the edge of the platform. Terrible quality and not at all what I was hoping for. I wish I could return it but I live internationally and it would cost me more to ship it back. What a waste.
