Never used this brand of makeup before but this is probably the best pressed powder I’ve used. Blends in well with my skin colour and provides a good coverage!! I will defo be buying again when this one runs out. A little goes a long way so this will last me quite a while.

I'm extremely impressed by the results I can achieve from this powder, and it just goes to prove how much better high quality cosmetics are. There are lots of cheap generic products on offer these days, and I've been tempted to try them once or twice, but they really can't compete. The quality of this powder became apparent to me as soon as I began applying it.The powder comes in an attractive and well made compact containing a mirror and an applicator pad, for use on the go. If I'm at home I prefer using one of my soft brushes, but both work very well. I tested the "Deep" shade which looks darker than I'd need in the compact, but goes on very finely and is easily buildable. So, with my Anglo-Saxon shade of skin I can begin with a light glow and control the depth of the bronzing from there. This also allows for subtle contouring by the way.The powder is incredibly fine, and feels creamy on my skin. It gives a flat mat finish that banishes any shine and covers small blemishes and wrinkle lines. It really is very flattering, and it lasts extremely well too. Cheaper products I've used are not as controllable as this powder, don't provide the same quality of finish, and certainly don't last as long either. As I say, I'm extremely impressed, and I'll be looking at what else Elizabeth Arden have on offer. Expensive? Yes. Worth the investment? Definitely.

Elizabeth Arden products rarely disappoint and this is no exception. Beautiful formula that isn't too orange on my pale skin and leaves me with a natural bronze glow. The quality is excellent and as you don't need to use much at a time, should last a good while.

This is, as you would expect from Elizabeth Arden, a very good quality pressed powder. The compact is lovely, a subtle park gold colour and well manufactured with a mirror and an applicator pad. The pressed bronzing powder is silky and very easy to apply. This is quite a dark/deep colour and I found it was better to apply it lightly with a brush and build up to the desired effect. It does have quite a definite natural matt finish, so if you prefer a lighter, pearlescent effect, then this wouldn’t be the product for you.I have very sensitive skin but had no reaction at all to this powder and it cleansed off easily with facial wipes.It is a little pricey compared to other similar products, but if this isn’t an issue for you, then I would definitely recommend.I received this product as part of the Amazon Vine programme.
