This worked perfectly for my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. The back up camera system had stopped working and my research showed that the camera itself is a common fault. It was fairly easy to install, took about 20 minutes. Once it was installed, the new camera worked perfectly. There was a very clear image complete with guidelines as before. The price is way less than OE and works just as well. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Video is great in day time and night time. Works perfect for my 2013 f150, no need to reprogram the lines or anything. The reason I said 99% is because the viewing able is a tiny bit wider then stock, so you might see a little bit of you backup camara housing. Not a big issue. Would buy again. One of the few aftermarket parts worth buying.

I ended up installing two of these cameras in my 2011 Ram 3500. The first camera pointed way off to the side even though it was mounted correctly. It actually showed part of the camera housing in the image. A replacement was sent right away and I reinstalled the camera and this one was better but the image had a strange perspective. It seemed to work well and the image was bright and sharp. After 2-3 weeks with multiple exposures to rain the camera started to get quirky. The image would disappear, get dark and flicker. It would improve after 4-5 days of dry weather, but still flickered intermittently. This is what previous cameras acted like when failure due to water intrusion was right around the corner((after 6+ years of use). I am returning the camera.7/22/24 - Acauto-Tech was very responsive and quickly offered assistance and a full refund. Even though the camera did not work out for me they were willing to make things right.

Installed this backup camera on my 2013 Ford F-150 King Ranch series, and it worked perfectly. Better than paying over $150.00 at the Ford dealer. Will see how long it lasts. Picture quality is like the factory. EASY installation. I just superglued my emblem back on since it had the breakaway tabs on the back. Saved me $30.00. By the way, if your guide lines aren't appearing, press the spyglass on the TOP left side of the screen while in reverse, and they should appear.

I have a 2015 Fusion. Installed this when my factory backup camera started only working intermittently.It works now, but the camera is not the same quality. Picture is a bit less clear and a different angle lense. I can see my liscence plate. The green/yellow/red boxes are not as visible on the screen. And the zoom function doesn't work.But, it's better than having to spend $800 to replace at the dealership.

Used on a Dodge truck that belongs to my son in laws, the original one failed. So far it is functioning perfectly, fairly easy to replace and fit the connector and mounting bracket without any issues.

Fits perfect, easy to install, great price

The overall image quality is good, but it's way off center. I had to add a shim so that it's usable when backing up and it's still not really acceptable. Part of the image on the right is black since the camera doesn’t fit correctly and its picking up part of the latch. I do not recommend this item.Update: the company did contact me after I left this review. There was a short correspondence and in the long run they refunded my money. That says something about standing behind their products. Will upgrade the review for that.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this replacement back up camera in February and only got around to installing now that the weather is nicer. It says it fits a 2014 honda accord but it is not even close. Electric connection is totally different and the tabs to hold camera in place are totally different. I am past the window to return so it is disappointing.

Better than the factory camera on my Edge. Great clear wide angle view.

There is only 1 way to install the camera and center line does not line up. I used the line to line up trailers. Will be sending it back.
