Great label printer
I have been so impressed by this printer. It has met my needs and beyond. The customer service is great too. They were fast and helped me reconnect my printer to my computer, and were patient to walk me through it.

Nice!
Very impressed with this so far! Easy to set up and connect to my iPhone and iPad to print eBay and Mercari labels. It also survived a rough tumble during shipping as it was chucked haphazardly into a box with a variety of products ordered, including a 4-lb table vise, causing the package to break open during shipping. Fortunately UPS, the unlikely hero, was able to slap the box back together and save my $200 of apparent garbage, and so I am able to write this review about this very decent printer which I feel very sure will work out for me just fine.

Works great with a Linux PC
I love this printer! The instructions aren't perfectly clear in a couple of places, but it's easy enough to figure out. I needed something to label quail egg cartons, baked items, etc., and this works a treat! I've got a roll of labels in an index card holder behind the printer, and have the printer plugged in with the included USB cord into the included Mac dongle, to leave a USB port clear. With my system, for the driver, I had to add .sh to the end of the install file name, and then run it as root. No problem. Not sure how BT works, but it seems it might set up even easier on a phone. But it's nice to be able to design labels in my word processor, set the paper size to the label size (remember margins for fancy edges), and then just print what I need.

Warning: Do Not Buy
I’m so angry at myself for buying this. After doing a little research (Now I wish I’d done more) and saving up for months, it turns out this printer is a total dud. I’d put it up in a yard sale but I feel too bad for whoever would end up buying it.Do you have the patience of a saint and the temperament of a sleeping koi fish? If so, I have a free label printer I can send you.Things to know before you buy:First, absolutely purchase a shipping label printer that houses the labels inside of it. Otherwise, you have a stack of labels sitting out that get wrinkled, dusty, and take up space.Yes, you could purchase a separate label holder; but why? Once you realize you must place the stack of labels a specific distance away from the printer for it to feed properly, in a delicate dance of impossible demands, you’ll wish you’d purchased something else.Second, this printer simply doesn’t successfully print labels very often. It has about 20 different error lights and messages, yet only 2 help videos — that aren’t helpful because they don’t actually solve any technical issues…The paper is loaded and prints halfway when suddenly printer doesn’t detect paper… The indicator light blinks red red, blue once, purple six times… The paper is detected but the angle is one eighth of a degree off… The printer decided it’s mad at you for placing it next to the shredder (it likes your phone dock better) and this high-maintenance mess is vengeful.About 1 out of every 50 times attempts results in a printed label. And yes, that means 49 wasted, partially printed labels. And likely an hour of your life lost to anger, regret, and questioning how all the innovation of modern society could add up to such mind-numbing waste. The power cord is huge, clunky, and old tech. This product is supposed to make life easier yet it’s so frustrating that it makes life significantly harder. It gets one star for looking nice; it’s only redeeming quality. The app is pretty functional and easy to navigate. The bluetooth connectivity is solid. And, if the thing would actually print something, there might be a chance it doesn’t end up in the dump. The world is full of beautiful things. Sadly, this isn’t one of them.

Great product, Best customer service support
UPDATE: So I’ve had this printer a over a year now. It was working great then I moved and left it unplugged for awhile. When I went to use it again I was having some connectivity issues, I emailed the company and they resolved my issue and walked me thru it and were so responsive. Very good customer support if you ever need any help setting it up. Great company and great product!! Love how small and portable it is as well

A major PITA to get working on Linux, but it works
Still not sure what I did to get it working on my Linux Mint machine as initially it threw errors after downloading the driver from the manufacturers site and extracting the TAR file contents to the /usr/shares/cups folder. But after multiple re-installs trying different drivers, it started working. All in all, i'm happy and looking forward to no longer paying 20 cents a page to print at fedex, for my online sales. Deducted a star, as installing on linux is not for non-tech types.
