I am a fan of the waterdrop system. We have had it for awhile and have gone through a few filter changes. Most recently the F2 which i have a subscription for. This time from Amazon the filter arrived later than expected and USED! It was heavy, not wrapped in plastic, and had hair and other debris on it. I get it, they are not cheap - but people, please dont order these then return the old ones. And Waterdrop, you might want to make sure wherever you get returns they are inspected. That said, Krystal and Leo at Waterdrop made it right by overnighting me a new F2. Had they not provided superior customer service and made it right I'd question my purchase. Overall waterdrop has at least made me feel like im drinking healthier water and their customer service is top tier when you need it.

it works but slowed down the water flow
it works and I can taste the difference after replacing the old filter. Having said that, it reduced the flow speed significantly compared to the original filter. not sure why
