This heater has already made our garden experience this year fantastic. We bought the pool last year and my daughter loved it. I managed to get in it once on a very hot day. The heater is keeping the pool 25 degrees upwards. Today a lovely day it was 32 degrees and as a family we’ve been in it all afternoon. Fabulous fun xx

If bestway had just been honest and said that this was for summer months then it would have been a lot clearer. The words all year round were used in promoting this product but that is not all year round in England. There are heat pumps out there that give this performance for half the money. The build quality is nice and I'm sure it will be very suitable to use if you only use your pool in the warmer months however, if it drops below 10 to 12° then it cuts out to protect the unit.Very easy to use. Just not suitable for me I'm afraid.

This works really well. Our pool holds 10,000 litres, water temp was 18deg when we filled and within 36 hours this had got it up to 32deg and is now maintaining that, which for us is the perfect pool temp. Can’t fault it, it works and the price point is good 👍

I had this on for 48hrs constantly, the fan goes round and makes a noise, but the jury's out wether actually doing anything

I installed the unit as directed, it works, no error codes. Only thing it is not increasing the pools temperature. Been running for 2 weeks standard as manufacturers recommendations, also longer and shorter intervals after. Poor support system from bestway site. Not able to upload pictures or videos to assist with the support, not able to contact support directly. Only correspondence is through a platform that doesn't accept entering information. Very disappointed.
