I have 3 dogs, with a large floor space and live in a sandy area. Needless to say it was hard to keep swept and clean. I did not like to go barefoot in the house because the floors were sandy most of the time. Purchased the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra heat on August 16 and started using it right away. I use the vacuum everyday, covering an average of 1664 ft.Pros- It has great obstacle avoidance; keeps my floors sand and dog hair free so I can walk barefoot in the house; the app is user friendly and easy to use; I can operate it away from home using the app; it has a variety of cleaning options; easy to use and maintain.Cons - the mopping function is not as thorough as I would like it to be. If there are dried liquid spots or sticky spots it will not clean those but will clean foot prints. But that said I purchased the vacuum primarily for the vacuum for sand and dog hair control. Because I have such a large tile floor area I use a steam mop for that and I don’t mop daily.For the price point at 43% off I am pleased with the performance. This robot models was one reviewed and recommended by “JustADad”. My family is enjoying the well swept floors and I enjoy no gritty sand on the soles of my feet when I walk barefoot. It is easy to use and maintain.

I’ve been using the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat for 4 months now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The suction power is excellent, the hot water mopping leaves the floors truly clean, and the automatic maintenance saves a lot of time. So far, I haven’t had a single issue—it runs smoothly and reliably. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for convenience and quality results.

I want to say that I’m very satisfied with the L10S Pro Ultra Heat. I have a very busy lifestyle and having this vacuum has been life changing to me. As someone who has a cat, I had struggled to keeping the house clean everyday but this vacuum makes it possible. I love the fact that this vacuum vacuums and mops at the same time. Also, as a pet owner, my floor is constantly having cat toys in different places of the house, so a vacuum that truly can avoids cat toys and not getting tangled with them is very important. I had experience with other robot vacuums that eat up iPhone power cables and floor lamp power cords, but this robot vacuum is able to identify power cords, small toys and avoid them. Many robot vacuums claim to have obstacle avoidance feature but not really working in real life, but l10s Pro Ultra heat really gets the job done and can truly avoid obstacles including very small objects.The other aspect I like about this vacuum is the fast charging for the unit. It always has enough battery power to clean my 1,500 sq feet house. And it intelligently detects carpet and vacuum carpeted floor before it mops the hard floors so it doesn’t drag wet mops on a carpet. Overall, I’m just happy with the fact that the vacuum doesnt really stuck in a cleaning process and its able to complete the cleaning cycle every time with no fails. It’s amazing!!

I own a roborock Qrevo Master. (twice the price of this one at the time of writing). Roborock will not sell me an additional doc for my 2nd floor. so instead of giving roborock any more of my money I chose the Dreame robot. This unit is very similar to the roborock in so many ways and I have not problems with the robot and the robots vacuum and mopping, it is very close to the roborock in it is cleaning abilities.(BTW Dreame Will also not sell an additional dock either)The prosVery good cleaning and great obstacle avoidance On par with roborock at half the price.Hot water washing of pads is awesome and the mop pads are cleaned and dried.Mop cleaning solution compartment mixes soap with water automatically. (roborock does not have this).Software is great easy to use and similar to roborock.The consThe dock needs work. The cleaning part of the dock does not have a removable water bin, you have to wipe it out. This means bending over and manually cleaning it. The roborock has a removable cleaning bin and the part that is connected to the dock stays dry. Dream docks have issues leaking out the bottom of the dock. This can damage most floors. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU BUY A RUBBER MAT TO PUT UNDER THIS DOCK. There is well documented issues of floors being ruined by a leaking dock with all models of Dreame. That being said it was half the price of roborock, however this should be known to everyone who buys a Dreame product that you need to protect your floor.The battery is weak and cannot clean my 2nd floor that is a fraction of the size of my upstairs that the roborock does on a 50% charge.I would give this product many more stars if it did not come with a leaking dock. They need to address this issue.

I've had the dreameL10pro ultra heat about two weeks ago. It sweeps and mops well, leaving no uncleanned areas. It does not leave streaks and vacuums the carpet well. Problems...it loses wifi connection often and reconnects with difficulty and it wanders about taking at least 1/3 more time to cover the same area and it is loud on carpet. At this point I have no reason to return it as it does a good job cleaning. I will have to see if the wifi disconnection becomes worse.

This is everything I ever wanted in a robot. It mops and vacuums. No manual mapping for rugs like other brands. It has a tank for clean water and dirty water so I can set it to clean the whole house while at work. It has a dang camera too so you can check on your house by driving it around remotely. I’m in love.
