They're "fine" for the most part, but typically they all have similar problems. Small buttons that feel too clicky. Bad or nonexistent d-pads. Wonky vibration (especially most third party joycons). My least favorite of all is that slight wiggle that joycons tend to so often have and develop over time right where they attach the rails that just becomes impossible to ignore.
