It's not great
It feels heavy but also cheap. It's awkward to use.

Not great for restaurant use , to clean you need to unscrew the blade even than you cant fully clean past the shaft. also the trigger is kind of weird in responding sometimes it hesitates a second.in my opinion this should have a way to disconnect the head from the power unit and be able to sanitize it.
