I like using this oil when the baking recipe calls for vegetable and seed oil that I do not use I like this oil it has no flavor and it works very well for my baked goods

First time buying and using avocado oil after reading reviews & articles about cooking or searing foods with little to no smoke. Other reviews recently mentioned that the oil received was cloudy or had a bad smell but we didn't experience that with our order!I used the oil when I made dinner that night and it seared our steaks perfectly so we ended up with our meat cooked exactly how we liked it! There was no taste of avocado and no smoke when searing over 475 degrees (I believe the bottle states it was smokeless up to 500 degrees).The only negative thing I would point out is the lid has a large "shaker" style pour instead of a spout or drizzle nozzle that you would normally see with other oils. However, that is an easy fix by inserting a spout or drizzle nozzle and I'll be ordering one from Amazon with my next order of oil.

I'm using this to season cast iron, works great for that purpose - better than any other oil I've tried. Highly recommended for seasoning all your cast iron!

I bought this to season my cast iron griddle and pan, after resurfacing them. Since then, I have found many other uses. It's great for anything that calls for high smoke point, neutral flavored oil.

Very healthy alternative from the normal oils I use it doesn’t make the food very oily and it adds a nice flavor also as well definitely would buy again
