When they work they are great. The problem is that sometimes they don't work. For example, I just purchased 4 cans and every one of them was a dud. I got about 5 seconds of just air and then I'm left with a $10 can of salt water, with no way getting it out. So basically I just threw $40 in the trash can. And this isn't the first time. Since I have been using this brand I have had the same thing happen at least 10 times. I've used other brands and never had a similar issue. I'm not buying this brand ever again. If you buy these you could save yourself some time and just burn your money.

Amongst my Amazon purchases all time, this one probably took the shortest time for me to make a decision to write a review. I had to cause it surprisingly unexpectedly worked really well. This winter my nose was really congested for some reason. Not sure if it was the same from other winters in the past, but this winter it really bothered me and I was blowing my nose so frequently. And then I randomly remembered that there is this nose cleaning thing that I saw way back in the past and spent some time to search the right one in Amazon, hence got this. As soon as it was delivered, I used it to my left nostril for 3 times and to my right nostril for 2 times, and I could feel the difference right after I used it. It sounds like a spam advertisement but not sure how I can differently say it cause that's literally how it was to me. In terms of how using it though, I'm not very sure if I'm using it correctly. My initial understanding was that I splash this product into one of my nostril and then liquid has to come out of the other side. As I kept trying, I really couldn't get the liquid getting out from my other side of nostril and it was just coming out from the same side. Regardless, it still made my nose feel much less congested, and I can breathe. I can breathe much freely now. That's such a good thing.

I buy the Frida version of this for my daughter and I thought this would have the perfect nozzle for my nose hole, but it’s super skinny. I actually pop the top off this and use the Frida cap. The liquid is fine, but the applicator sucks
