It's awesome!!!
I love this sauna! Once it warms up you could be sweating big time within 2 minutes. Try that with a steam sauna. As for all the negative testimonials about the directions being hard to follow because it's in Chinese, I am totally puzzled by that. None of my directions was in Chinese. Of course it did not say much. It just said to plug it into an outlet and press the appropriate buttons on the remote. Well really it did not need much instructions. You just take it out of the box, unfold it, plug it in, get in and zip it shut and then press the buttons on the remote. That's all there is to it. Well you do need to move the foot pad to the bottom though. The foot pad was placed on the back of the sauna so that they can fold it up and ship it to you. So maybe they can put that in the instructions. I don't know. Maybe they made some changes since then from the feedback? Well it's really easy to set up and it works great!

Seriously a good deal and great product so far
This device is wonderful! I have used it almost every day for about a month now and it works great. It causes a lot of sweat and good detoxing. I combined it with a new exercise and eating healthier and have felt great and been dropping pounds. It really does relax you. And, unlike a large walk in sauna or those coffin-feeling ones at the spa, because you can poke your head out, it makes the heat so much more tolerable, enjoyable, and allows you to watch TV or read while you're in it. My only complaint would be it would be better with a small stool instead of camping chair because I worry it's not detoxing my thighs and bottom enough since it's blocked by the chair seat.

Very disappointed. Do not buy this product.
I owned a portable sauna for 9 years before it gave up. My doctor recommended it and gave me the suppliers details. Unfortunately, I threw it out without saving the name of the manufacturer, It worked great until the very end. I went onto Amazon to find a replacement and selected this one because it stated XL and had read reasonably good reviews.I was busy and never got to opening and setting up the sauna until a month after it arrived. The set up was easy, they forgot to mention the use of the stick on the inside. The first day it took over 20 minutes at 150 before I started to sweat. I usually skip a day and went back in the sauna for 50 minutes at 150 and never got a drop of sweat. The first 30 minutes and then another 20 minutes before I determined that it was not going to happen. I know the drill and keep all the zips closed to keep the heat trapped inside. It is small and I am 140lbs 5'6", i moved the chair in the event it was hitting the back panel but it did not make a difference. I am so disappointed, I feel ripped off because I have passed the return date and I never anticipated that the sauna was so inferior and would barely work once. I heard it is a hassle to return and I will try but i am not prepared to pay 100.00 to return this. I will reach out to my doctor and see if he still has access to the information for the company he recommended 9 years ago and purchase another one from them instead of wasting money to return this. I plan on trying it one more time before its thrown out because I cannot believe that this sauna was a one time only sauna. If i have a different result, i will update this fairly.

Works fine. But what's this about EMFs?
I've had this for a couple of years and it has worked relatively fine for me. What I didn't know, and still haven't measured, is the amount of EMFs that it produces. Since others here have also posted these concerns, I've stopped using it until I can verify that it is safe. Being that it was manufactured in China, that is now a standard red flag (no pun intended) for scrutinizing products like this. Thanks to others who have called out the EMF issue.

Well made and definitely large enough
I researched over a dozen similar products before deciding on this one. I am quite happy with the quality, size and overall value of this product. I have had it for about 2 months and use it 3-4 times a week. It works as advertised and is certainly large enough. The chair that comes with it is only rated for 100Kg (220 lbs approx.) but I have had no issues with it at 270 lbs other than it being a little short. The frame is metal, but they have capped the connection points so that the parts that come into contact with your body do not get unpleasantly hot.I only have a couple minor issues. It isn't as easy to set up in tight quarters as they claim. The way it unfolds means that you need a spaces with an extra 2 feet of width/length over the size of the unit to maneuver around it while setting it up. Also the front doesn't have any brace or latch to keep it open, so it tends to try and fold back in unless you brace it open with you legs. Considering that there are several places/ways to fix that particular issue, it seems strange that they didn't. I will be adding my own bracing soon, so that will fix my major complaint. I will also replace the chair with one a little higher.Overall very happy with this product. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was the lack of a suitable way to keep the front from trying to fold back in on itself other than my own legs being in the way.
