I’m super excited about sharing this book with my business startup students this summer. When I first started my business, although I had learned briefly about business formation in my accounting courses in college, I dived in head first into my first LLC, while in school, and thought that that was it. There was so much that I wished I knew about managing, maintaining and growing my LLC. Now I’m teaching others what I wish I knew before I started my businesses. I pray that my students finds this book to be useful and helpful on their journey to becoming successful entrepreneurs and business owners!!!

I really wanted to like this book. Much of the guidance in the important areas were simply recommendations to talk to CPAs or lawyers, without much practical information to help the reader actually start or manage an LLC.This book seems to have been poorly edited, with typos and grammatical errors regularly encountered in the text. It seems like it wasn't edited for writing style, so I tend to doubt it was edited for content. If I had to guess, I'd say this book has been popular because of its flashy cover and easy-to-follow writing style.I couldn't find a publisher listed anywhere in or on the book, and I didn't see any endorsements from other professionals in the business world on the cover, so I think it was probably self-published. It has potential to be worthwhile in future editions, but for now, I need to find another book that can teach me the missing pieces.
