Perfect.
I had trigger finger for a few years, and was living with it, but lately it had started to "lock" and was very painful. I was almost in tears sometimes. My insurance only allows so many cortisone injections and the next step was surgery which I did not want - and could not afford the huge co-pay. I did some research and read all the reviews, so I thought I would give this splint a try. I wore it when I got home from work and while I slept at night for over a six weeks. In the morning, my finger would be stiff, but after a minute or so, it was fine. Guess What? My trigger finger went away. So far I have had no more issues and no more locking. I went on a business trip for a week and forgot to pack it - big mistake. After 2 days I started getting the clicking and snapping in my finger, the pain was starting to come back. When I got home I started wearing it at night again and now I am back to not having any symptoms of trigger finger. So, now I wear it every night. I LOVE IT.

Adjusts easily
It’s comfortable and easy to put on your hand. This strap provides good support of the first joint yet gives the other joints mobility. Certainly hope this allows the tendon to relax and heal itself.

Really helped with finger cyst
This brace doesn't look like much, but works really well. My Mom had a cyst in the joint of her finger from typing all day at work. Her doctor recommended she splint the finger at night to allow it to rest.. She wore this product for about 2-3 weeks and the cyst is almost totally gone away. The brace lets you adjust to almost any hand size and she said it is as comfortable as something like a brace could be, it is supposed to restrict your movement, and it does so. She really liked that the issue resolved without medication or surgery. She is glad to have it in case her cyst returns or one of us jams or breaks a finger.

Nope
I was hoping for a brace to help stabilize my middle knuckle due to tendinitis, but it won’t stay put and the straps are really small.

Good but not great
It worked ok but when used with my ring finger it kept slipping off my palm and not aligning well with that finger.

Good after carpal tunnel surgery
After my carpal tunnel surgery I got trigger finger - I did not know that is a common complication from carpal tunnel surgery, but it is. My PT recommend a brace and helped me choose this one because it could fit on different fingers in case it moved from one finger to the other in the future. So far it is helpful. It is easy to use and keeps my finger secure without hurting my wrist.

Works - keep using it
I got this to help with my trigger finger and it has really helped. I had used another one about a year ago but moved and lost it. When my finger started hurting again I knew I needed another one. So my recommendation is that you do not stop using it once the finger stops hurting/gets better. I think it will only stay better if you keep using it. So now I use it at least every other night. But really it is comfortable enough and I am used to it now so wearing it is not an issue.

Poor stability
The "splint" part of this item is sturdy and nicely cushioned, but the overall product does not keep the splinted finger straight. First, the straps, which are elastic. They stretch and shift during use, even when worn at night, so that the finger can move. Second, the "splint" section is too short to stabilize the joint involved in trigger finger -- the strap that goes around the palm of the hand lays directly over the joint causing more pressure than stability. I've found that sliding a tongue depressor inside the splint so that my finger is stabilized from palm to finger tip is the only way to make it work; but in that case, could have just used tape and a tongue depressor in the first place for better results. I would not recommend.
