This loveseat is the perfect size for a small living space. It took my husband and I about 30 minutes to assemble. Instructions were straightforward with illustrations provided. I was surprised at how high end the loveseat looks and feels for the price point. It appears to be very sturdy, with heavy duty springs in the seat portion. Cushions are comfy and thick. I am only 4'10", but anyone taller would not be able to stretch out comfortably. There are storage pockets on both sides for remotes, magazines, etc., and the armrests are wide enough to comfortably rest your arms.

I recently purchased this sofa from Amazon and I’m really happy with it! The delivery was smooth and the assembly was simple, with clear instructions. The sofa itself is very comfortable — the cushions are soft yet supportive, and it’s the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The design is modern and fits beautifully with my living room decor. I've been eyeing these sofas but was hesitant due to the lack of real reviews. I took a BIG risk and bought 2 sofas which put me a little over 1k for both which is a STEAL! These sofas really do live up to all the 5 star Vine reviews. Here's a real review of the sofas.This is based on 2 orders of the longer brown ones.5 star for shipping, packing, instructions and assembly! Item arrived FAST and on time. Each sofa came in its own box. One of them was slightly damaged in transit which also bent one of the ends of a steel rod used to hold the two arms together but my husband was able to straighten it out using a rubber mallet. This is also the first product you can assemble without any tools. We purchased these for our Air BNB and every single item I've ever bought required tools or came with tools or screws for user to install but not this one! All of the brackets are pre installed, you just need 2 people to help hold each part to fit and slide in place. Easiest assembly ever with super clear illustrated instructions! I do recommend getting help from someone with a good grip as you'll need the muscle to stretch the leather coverings on the back of the sofa down and velcro in place but if they're going against a wall I wouldn't be too concerned with how nice you're able to Velcro it down. Otherwise you'll get some wrinkles here n there.CushionsThe sofa cushions come air sealed but will deflate once you cut the seal. Cushions remind me of our latex mattress topper and has the same smell. There's a nice bounce to it. It's a nice surprise and a plus for us because we prefer a firmer seat as my husband has back issues and can't do anything memory foam. I've also had my latex topper for over a decade and it's never lost its shape so I'm hoping this cushion is made of the similar material.Faux Leather2 mos earlier I purchased a different leather set for 700 extra and it does not feel as nice as these. I find the faux leather coverings feel warmer compared to the set I purchased earlier. Its also not slippery like the ones I had so I'm not sliding all over the place. I have not owned it for more than a week so I can't speak to the longevity of it but because most of the leather coverings can be removed I feel it should be simple to order additional coverings replace them with new ones if ever needed.These feel sturdy and I have no concerns with the various sized guests that come through. It's a lower to the ground seating but it adds to the luxe and relaxation were aiming for. I can seat 4 average sized guests on one sofa. This was also one of the main reasons why I went with it as it offers options. I also love the wide arms and it is the perfect seat to arm ratio for an afternoon nap or arm rest - which I've never considered before until these. The footings are real wood, it feels solid and sturdy. There's 1 middle support footing that I don't quite know how it supports since it doesn't touch the floor but perhaps I installed it incorrectly. I'm not too concerned because the other 4 footings are already so sturdy. I also wanted a sofa with a higher back cushion. Everything on the market today has a low back cushion which doesn't provide the comfort and relaxation that a taller cushion does. This one wasn't as tall as I expected but it definitely beat all the other options on here.I can't think of anything negative to say. The color is very similar to what's shown maybe slightly more Carmel but it works for our space. I still can't believe I got both of these plus delivery for around 1k. I'm ok with replacing furniture as guests will destroy the nice stuff anyways so longevity wasn't on top of my list. If you're ok with velcroing down the leather coverings and a lower seat, go for it! We love it and have no regrets!

for the money the couch is very convenient. i purchased the 88.58" model, the shorter love seat model i can't say anything about but i imagine it would look too small in a room.i assembled the couch alone, it's very easy to put together. the awkward part is wrapping the fake leather material around the front horizontal rail and back rest, and when you put the expanding cushions in the seats and back rests they do not expand fully to 100% evenly and as quickly as you would think. i had one seat cushion that i thought was defective because it expanded slower than the other 3 cushions, it wasn't until the following day that it actually started to fill out the cushion and look normal.but assembly really is just screwing the parts together by hand, no tools needed, and then connecting the two rectangular arms rests with the front rail, setting the seat with built in springs into the hardware, and then sliding the back rest into the angled slots that hold it in place. then throw the cushions on and you're done. unpacking the two boxes takes about as long as the actual assembly takes. i doubt it took me even 30 minutes.once assembled and after the cushions finally fully expand it is surprisingly comfortable. the couch is very lightweight however, and you will want it on carpet or to put rubber pads under the feet otherwise every time you sit down the couch will move.i am skeptical of how long the couch will last, with how lightweight and cheap it is. but one thing is for certain, if i ever have to move it, this will be the easiest couch to move, it easily pulls apart to the separate pieces and can be moved by 1 person, i wish regular couches were built in that way.

Great quality! Matches other "cognac" shade furniture I have. I did have to reach out to customer service and they were quick to respond to my inquiry.

The second best purchase from Amazon. It still looks like when I originally received it a year earlier!
