I rarely do reviews, but I am tempted to buy another pair before they change. I've returned a lot of shoes, and here's why. I have a bunion on my right foot, plus it's a half size larger than my left. I always have to put an insole on the left and these allow for all of that. These have great room for my toes and wide right foot with absolutely no slipping in either side. Great stability in uneven or rocky terrain. They are stiff in your hands which confirms stability... at least for now. They absorb rocks amazingly well. I've owned Solomon and Merrel hiking shoes, and these are better mostly in the area of cushion. These are NOT waterproof. I will spray some water repellant on them I guess. They are so comfortable that I have found myself wanting to run now.I don't know how long they will last, but after a month they hardly show any wear or loss of cushion. I really didn't think I needed a pair of good hiking boots until now. My feet do not sweat, so that may be the kicker for some as I don't see a lot of breathability.

These are great. Not as heavy as I thought they would be which is a big plus. I walk about 15k steps a day at work outdoors ( dirt,mud,puddles etc.) Great price for a great work boot. The slight up turn in the toe feels odd at first but you get used to it quick. One month of everyday use and they are holding up great.

Good work boots, comfortable and good support, the only reason I gave it 4 stars, the laces were too short and my laces were damaged, so I had to use laces from another pair of boots I don't use anymore.

These are the most comfortable boots I have owned. I used them to hike through Oregon and they kept my feet dry and comfortable.

A bit bulky for my feet. I bought them for running and might kick the insides of the shoes which could cause tripping. It's a suede so it's not waterproof just water resistant though it does have a high sole that's rubber for added protection from wet situations. They're very roomy so they're perfect for adding an insole being that the arch support isn't much or having biggre feet. Full bed for toes, comfortable.
