Life preserver fell apart
The life preserver outside shredded...the inside foam broke in a few different places. Shame on the company for make such a terrible product. I paid a lot of money for something that fell apart in less then a month of having it.

Don't waste your time or money!
Pure junk! Disintegrated just hanging on the fence. Never put it in the water. First the reflectors started falling off, then the rope turned to dust. Here I am a year later, and I have to order a new one. It certainly won't be this one! So disappointed. Photos are at one year of age; however, this disintegration started before the end of last summer.

Where are the directions which show how to attach to a boat and how the rope should be attached to the buoy.
