There are defects in the item-such as dents on the pencil box, the magnet is loose, the eraser box is not tight enough and it's a bit hard to close and the tape cutter's cutter isn't working and it can't cut the tape.

When I opened the pencil box the scissors compartment was not opening them I had to replace it but the product was amazing it had massive storage capacity and a good price
