My 2yr old loves this tablet she takes it everywhere she goes the battery life is excellent which is great as she uses it a lot. Just like how you would baby proof somethings in your home this tablet is child proof the protective case on it is a godsend. Will definitely recommend buying this product I'm definitely getting one for my godson but in BLUE my little one had hers in PINK. Delivery was prompt and strict to make sure the right person got the items a secure message was sent to my phone with a code I had to give the the delivery person so no stressing above the parcel/package. the whole process was stress freeOh if you happen to have any problems regarding this product don't panic or stress about it they have got such an incredible customer service time I know this for a fact because I had a minor issue I emailed them they got bad to me straight away and boom my issue was no more and my baby girl is so happy. Awow customer service are very good i had an issue with one of their tablets and it was out of it's 30 day guarantee so spoke to them direct showd them prof of the problem and they kindly replaced the table and had it delivered free of charge. Thank you Awow customer services for fixing my problem promptly it's much appreciated

far far too slow, i bought it for my granddaughter in August and have been trying till now, i am just going to bin it and get her another amazon tablet

My grandchildren have no problem using the tablet and have hours of fun.

Didn’t come with the pen , looses charge quickly and it slow

We have two of these for our children aged 6 and 8. They love them, lots of games and educational.We needed some Aftersales support - always interesting to see how responsive and sympathetic the product supplier is. I have to say the response was very quick and supportive - very supportive. My kids and I strongly recommend.

Dont bother better options for the same money. Thing thing picks what charges it and what wont. The cable it came with didn't work. Now for the price i wasnt exactly expecting fireworks but it takes 3 weeks to turn on so slow and laggy when all other devices are fine before anyone says check your Internet. It often crashes saying system ui isnt responding. Its so slow i actually think i washed my car before it sorted itself. The case is brilliant cant fault that.

Bought this for a 3 year old. He loved it and it worked well for him, however it later developed a problem. I messaged the sellers who were very responsive and looked into the issue and fixed it.The tablet is really decent for kids, it has adequate security, as well as good apps and activities to keep the kids busy and entertained.
