    still can't get my mind off of udders

Hello Lads. I gave this a go as all I can think about is Bergerac, the detective. He's so smooth and calm. As we all know the sub-concious drives the conscious and it turns out my sub-conscious is totally obsessed with cows udders. Like fat gloves they are for a badly misshapen hands. A huge palm and meat fingers. Like Tommy Doherty after he dropped the chip pan on himself. Well, now it's udders. All day long. Just udders. I see them everywhere. It's ruined christmas. Well, that and the pancreas falling out again. xxx

Excellent book, of course it won't tell you the techneque, but a bit reminder that helped me loads is as simple as 'we do not try'.I Reccomend this to anyone who is a practitioner of transcendental meditation, or is looking or booked in to become one.
