This massager is amazing and renders motor vibration useless. It is ideal for calming muscles after a long day without being too aggressive. I JUST GOT HERE, maybe a half hour ago. It was super easy to unpack, as there was no tape whatsoever on the box. It just pretty much came apart in my hands. When Amazon warns you it ships in the mfgr's packaging and gives you the option to ask for AMZ packaging, you might want to consider that. BUT it's here - no problem. So, as I said, it unpacks in a jiffy, and plugging ut in and and the controls for it are very intuitive - easy to figure out. Mine came preset on mode two, intensity two, which is a little jarring all of a sudden. I quickly cycled through all four modes and dropped the intensity from two down to one, and have pretty much settled on Mode to for my favorite. BUT. IT IS NOISY, and the closer the vibration is to your head, of course, the noisier it is. The lumbar and leg regions feel great, and the sound from there is not disturbing, but the motor sounds from the neck and back areas are very intrusive. I am not going to quibble on the noise issue. I need the massage on a regular basis, so I will keep this thing. But, rest assured, there is not much possibility of mt falling asleep on it. Nevertheless, I am happy that it does cut off on its own after a while. It does not say anywhere how long it runs before shutting off - I did not time it, but it might be a half hour, but it seems longer, possibly forty-five minutes. Maybe I was just anxious for the noise to be over.

Great massage pad, very comfortable and easy to use. The heat function helps relax muscles, and the massage intensity feels strong but comfortable. Works well on a chair or bed and is very helpful after a long day. Good quality for the price. Highly recommended.

I actually LOVED this massage mat! It helps with chronic back pain immensely! The only issue is it sometimes makes a REALLY weird noise in one of the massage areas. It only does it occasionally so it's a minor thing. I would have returned for a replacement but it just started and the replacement window closed after July( it was bought in June). I will be investing in another one, just not completely sure it will be this brand. UPDATE ON 8/30/25. Second one does the same exact noises. Started 2 days after I got it. Am sending BOTH back to the seller. DO NOT waste your money on this product!!!

This massager is louder than I expected. The heat is barely noticeable.
