Reasonable Quality DIY Saw
The media could not be loaded. Good powerful saw, with a solid metal frame. Comfortable to use and it has a nice sturdy spring loaded guard on it which is good as there is no brake on the blade.Laser is brilliant, makes cuts far easier to set up and much more accurate as you get the right angle from the start.Depth adjustment and tilt controls are a little bit flimsy but do work and produce accurate results. The included guide is very handy for ripping down, and the powerful motor really helps too. I have a battery saw I use for smaller jobs but this is well worth plugging in if I need to rip lots of thicker timber down as it's much faster.Overall good, but lack of brake and a few areas where it shows its budget let it down ever so slightly and make it firmly a DIYers tool.

You get what you pay for
I bought this because it had good features (laser guide, easy height adjustment) for a low price with good reviews. I'd never heard of the brand before but thought it was worth a shot. The first day of using it seemed fine. I was cutting through posts and it seemed to handle it ok, although a couple of times it got randomly stuck while making a cut. The second day, after a couple of cuts, I was making a cut and could smell burning and suddenly the saw stopped. I let it cool down but it was still dead.As well as the fact the motor died after barely any use, the saw guard is made of plastic so I could see that breaking quite easily and not ideal for safety. The vacuum dust adaptor is flimsy and doesn't fit well, and requires a small fiddly screw to fasten on.It's worth bearing in mind that all the other reviews when I ordered it were Vine reviews. I looked up what this is and these reviewers get the product for free, may not necessarily need or want it, and so while genuine, they may leave the review quickly based on trial use. If I reviewed having got it for free and based on my first use, I would have left a good review. However, a complete failure during its second use means I can only leave a bad review. Luckily Amazon refunded quickly and I'll be trying a more established brand and paying a bit more for the replacement.
