Battery worked for two charges and then wouldn’t take a charge I was one day past the return date-however the company stood by their product and replaced the battery.

Reliability issues
after few gentle uses with blower (about 7 times) battery died and will not charge beyond 20V.Not cost effective I would say.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The battery that came with my hedge trimmer purchase would not recharge. This battery had good reviews and worked with my trimmer.

Charged quickly with my current charger worked well with my chain saw. Need to try it with my other equipment. But if works well considering buying another

Good quality perfect fit
I bought this battery to have a second one on hand for my green works attachments. Perfect fit works great actually a little stronger than the originals. Great price.

I just got this but so far it works great
I am always a little "iffy" when buying replacement batteries for other tools from anything other than the original "brand." However,one of my original GreenWorks batteries died while we wer doing major yard work, and I needed to order a new one. I got this one via overnight shipping because the actual GreenWorks batteries are so incredibly expensive. Can't say how it will do over time, but it charged fast and held up really well over two days of almost nonstop use in multiple GreenWorks tools, so at this point I am really pleased.

No where near 6.5Ah
I have 4 Greenworks batteries that are many years old that perform better than this generic battery. It dies fairly quickly. Comparable to maybe a 2Ah battery but it's also very weak. Using it in my leaf blower compared to the other batteries I can clearly tell that it doesn't spin the fan as fast.

Battery ok, charger issue - be cautious on non OEM batteries
Needed to replace 40v battery for Greenworks tool. I already had a charger. When I got the battery, it wouldn’t charge on my current charger. After contacting the seller, they accommodated my needs and now the battery is working and charging fine. So far I am pleased. As to longevity, that will be an update, as my past experience with non OEM batteries has not been the best for lasting long. In fact, I could kick myself too many times buying non OEM and throwing them out and replacing so soon it would have been better to spend the more money and get an OEM battery.
