Excellent cable along with excellent sound.
After watching videos on YouTube and reading reviews, I decided to invest in 2 sets for bi-amping to my Musical fidelity power amps. These cables look the part, are quite stiff and pleasing to the eye. They come with a set of spades and banana plugs, both screw on to the cables termination's. I decided to use the spades to connect to my Monitor Audio GX50 woofers and use the banana plugs onto the tweeters. I was a bit concerned about the weight of the cable pulling on the speakers terminations, so I used a cable tie to secure the cable onto the speaker stand. Job done.First listening test I was somewhat sceptical at first as I didn't hear much of an improvement on my previous cable. I remembered someone in a review saying they would sound better after listening for a few hours, and they started to shine.I played a lot of my favourite CD's and as time went on I was hearing a lot of sounds I had never noticed before. The music was much more relaxed than before and the detail was much improved with percussion sounding more realistic. The vocals sounded less congested and the stereo image wider too. The bass was better controlled being less Wolly than before.I still think these cables will need more time to reach their best but so far I'm very impressed.Cost £113 for a 2,5 meter stereo pair. An absolute bargain for the money. Recommended 100%

A massive improvement in sound quality
I've used those cable and some speaker jumpers in the hope to improve my HiFi system. I already had some good cables but wanted to try an upgrade, both for speaker cables and jumper cables. The result is... ASTONISHING!!! The sound has A LOT MORE presence in the room. I hoped I knew about SKW before1

Excellent value for money
These are seriously good cables and quite how you can get a terminated 3 metre pair for around £150 is staggering. There’s elements of good recordings I’ve never noticed before, revealed since swapping the SKW cables in.

Superb speaker cables
Very well made cables, nice presentation box, comes with both spade and banana plugs. which screw onto main connector a great way to change over quickly, huge improvement in sound it was instant for me I was using very good Atlas cables, but these just have a better sound no doubt about it, i bi wqire my Tannoy D700'S i use these on the treble side and they work so well on that, still using Atlas for the bottom end, I WILL PURCHASE ANOTHER SET OF THESE FOR THAT JOB TOO.

Well made
Very well made thick speaker cable not sure how thick the copper is as they are well covered and being able to quickly change the ends is good but need to be checked every so often as they can loosen also they are not very bendy as for sound quality I don’t think there was that much of a difference from my old cable I was going to buy the jumper cables but to expensive overall I’m happy with them in my system (although a bit expensive)which is a Sony cdp557esd owned from new marantz pm7000n and wharfedale evo 4.1 speakers.

Great value
Very well made cable. The cable is heavy, so I used the spade terminals at the speaker end as I was concerned that the weight of the cable might break the banana plugs. The banana plugs at yhe amp end were a really snug fit. Certainly an improvement on my previous home-made cables and a recommended buy if you want quality cable without spending silly money

Sound good
From the moment these cables arrive their quality is evident, the presentation is 1st class. Depending on which camp you fall into the directionality labels are helpful

Excellent upgrade for small cost.
I hooked up my Sonus Faber Cremona Ms for the first time in a long while and used the crappy cable I had. I don know what to think of expensive cables but compared to my crappy ones, these babies looked and sounded the part. The highs were less harsh and the bass was deeper and tight.

Amazing quality!
Aside from being sounding very good from this cable, the quality of this cable is amazing. The size of the cable is so large that my previous well known branded cable just looked like a toy. Not to mention the quality on it beats most cable on the market. When my friend first saw it even thought it was a couple thousand dollar cable lol. Just so niched…

These are VERY GOOD cables for the money!
I was watching an audio review of these SKW cables on You tube and owning an old pair of MIT (see photo) S1 cables I was curious to hear how they would stack up! The MIT cables I purchased quite some time ago and I think they were about $400 or $500 dollars. I have always been a believer that on some level speaker cables do indeed sound different depending on the materials used to construct them. The reviewer was very surprised at the sound quality of these SKW cables and also the construction as well and for the asking price he considered SKW a steal in the audiophile world. I have seen so many reviews on super expensive cables and at the other end of the spectrum inexpensive cables. The general consensus is that there is not really that much of a difference and that a it is always better to buy inexpensive cables instead.Well.. considering RF noise interference measurements proving that the purer the copper, the quality of the shielding and connectors the clearer the sound quality will be. That was my reasoning behind purchasing the MIT S1 at the time, They have always had favorable reviews the MIT's ( I thought ) were pretty reasonable for the price and performance and for years I have enjoyed them. But one thing's a bit annoying about them that they have always been a tad sharp in the highs and lacking a bit in the bass and mids. They rely heavily on the source material but still a great sounding detailed cable all around. The thing that caught my attention about the SKW review was that the reviewer commented on how well theses cable recreate bass and mid frequencies I thought Hmm..that's interesting maybe I should give these a try I may be pleasantly surprised. See..I recently upgraded my audio system to a studio monitor book shelf speaker set up with the Polk audio R200's in white on speaker stands at the helm! The six and a half woofer needs a little kick in the speaker bass pants to come alive. Powered by two Crown Audio 1502's in bridge mode (1500 watts per channel ) did the trick and the SKW helped the R200 dramatically in the bass dept as well. Jazz guitar like Pat Metheny or the fusion works of guitarist of Allan Holdsworth's mid frequency guitar sound provides a smoothness that is kind of eerie coming out of a speaker so small and unobtrusive. Jaco's Donna lee fretless bass solo sounded tightly controlled with bouts of some lower frequencies hoping through the SKW cable with all the finess and then some bass I think most of us would ever need. Now for all of you audio enthusiasts that believe speaker cables don't matter much you have to give these cables try WOW! very surprising for $170 the build quality is just as good as the MIT's as a matter of fact I think it's better especially the connectors. The SKW's are a smooth sounding cable with very good bass and superb mid range response (better that the MIT S1) with a little bit of roll off in the highs VERY CONTROLLED roll off! They handle edgy and bright recordings really well! Everything for classical to metal sounds exceptionally good played though these speaker cables. This is a really good time for budget audiophile's SKW is proof of it.
