This is a full account of a variety of issues that nurses have to deal with, including 'Managing Doctors'.It gives a warts-and-all approach to fast knowledge. There is some direct language that some people may object to, but overall a very good resource.

I ordered this book as I ready myself for nursing school. The book got good reviews. The information is accurate. My only issue is the number of spelling/grammatical errors, which as a writer of many articles and a book, I'm just as guilty. If I had contact information for the author, I'd offer to proofread his work before he publishes again. Multiple professional credentials, yet "there, their and they're" are an example of what I'm referencing.

So much great experience collected from experienced nursing professionals. Covers prioritizing tasks, stress management, and also has tips for career growth. Anyone just entering this field needs to give this book a read. I especially liked the sections on travel nursing.
