These are good. Orange flavored gummy’s. Easy to take and not too hard to chew. Will buy again. Would definitely recommend. Good for inflammation !

I can tell the difference whe. I take this with my inflammation but the ginger isn't doing much for the stomach issues (acid).Tastes: really good. Smell is off puttingSize: normal gummy size and you ate two.

I’m trying to do better taking supplements but find I don’t take capsules or pills as consistently as I do gummies!I was glad to find a gummy version of turmeric and that it included ginger and black pepper.They taste good and I’ve been taking them everyday without fail.I don’t have a lot of joint pain and what I do have is not consistent so I don’t know how well these work, but the same can be said for turmeric in general in my case . . . I’ve just started my second bottle of these and I know it can take some time to see the benefits of turmeric. I’m hoping if I continue to take these on a regular basis, I’ll be able to tell their effectiveness.

The taste isn't great. The texture is weird too. And they are quite large so you really have to chew them up for a while with the weird tastes and texture. I guess this is because they are sugar free? I probably wouldn't purchase again.
