Surprisingly Good
Like many coffee drinkers who don't like flavored coffee, I'm a tea drinker who doesn't usually care for flavored black (or green) teas. I was looking for a cherry herbal tea, but when I came across this one, I decided to try it just in the name of fairness. I expected it to be another flavored dud, but was pleasantly surprised - it's actually really good. The cherry flavor is obvious but not overwhelming, and the black tea itself is definitely a good quality. I plan to buy it again.

Yummy Cherry Black Tea
This Sri Lankan Ceylon tea brews a unique and flavorful cup. The subtle sweet cherry complements the black tea perfectly. It doesn't overpower the earthy black tea, but adds the right amount of sweetness that makes it a well crafted balance. Each tea bag is individually so they stay fresh after opening the box, and every tea bag I tried all had fresh tea leaves inside.

Nice flavor
I was really pleasantly surprised by this tea. I thought it was just cherry flavor and didn't realize it was black tea with cherry. That actually makes it much better as I love a good flavored black tea. I used four bags to make a pitcher of iced tea. It has a nice cherry flavor that was brought out even better with the addition of a little honey. Really good tea.

Definitely better than I anticipated.
I love tea. I'm proudly British and grew up drinking tea daily with my parents. They definitely instilled in me a love for tea.I was a bit hesitant at first as I wasn't sure how a sweet cherry flavor would work with black tea. I really enjoyed a black tea with pomegranate flavor so figured it's good to be adventurous. This actually does brew an amazing, unique and flavorful cup of tea. It has wonderful flavor and the sweet cherry is subtle compared to being overly bold, sweet or taking any tea flavor out of the taste.I am impressed. Not only by the flavor but by the freshness of each bag, (which are individually wrapped.)I thoroughly enjoy this tea and it honestly surprised me. I never thought I'd enjoy sweet cherry tea since I do love and am loyal to my Earl Grey, but I would definitely order more from this company. These are Sri Lankan made. Interestingly Ceylon tea refers to the tea produced in the highlands of Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon. This tea is special due to it's high content of antioxidants and being smooth and rich in flavor. Not bitter at all. It has the same caffeine content as regular black tea but is known for it's less harsh and more floral/soft flavor. So some neat facts for those interested. For those not interested but just want good, tasty tea then yes. Buy this. You will not be disappointed.

Fragrant black tea with good hint of cherry infusion.
I love drinking tea when I'm not drinking coffee. There is something about the act of drinking tea and the feeling you get as the warm beverage spreads its warmth throughout your body. It's a feeling of relaxation, peace and warm memories. I have a whole collection of different types of teas from green to black, flavored and herbal. I've added the Basilur Ceylon black tea with cherry flavor to my collection. It's a great tasting black tea with a slight roasted bitter taste that wakes your taste buds and then kicks it into overdrive with a good hint of fruity cherry. The combination is really good and I can see myself drinking this either hot or cold. If you add a sweetener to the cold brew it would be a nice Summer drink.

Flavor combo works surprisingly well
As some have said, the black tea can easily overpower the cherry flavor if steeped for too long, so keep that in mind when preparing this tea blend. I do like that you still get plenty of the cherry aroma, and once I got the steeping time adjusted to my liking, the mix of the sweet cherry and the black tea became a unique and tasty combo. Since each sachet is individually wrapped, each one stays fresh so the sweet cherry smell is preserved along with the flavor. I'm a huge fan!

very nice tasting
One of the most appealing aspects of this tea is its vibrant cherry aroma, which is noticeable as soon as you open the packet. The flavor is equally impressive; it's a well-balanced blend where the natural bitterness of black tea meets the sweet, fruity notes of cherry. This combination creates a refreshing and enjoyable cup of tea that can be savored both hot and iced, making it versatile for all seasons. The use of biodegradable tea bags is another plus, as it shows a commitment to environmental sustainability, which is important to me. The staple-free bags add an element of safety and convenience, eliminating the worry about metal contamination, which can sometimes be a concern with other tea products. However, there are a couple of downsides. While the cherry flavor is delightful, it might come off as slightly overpowering for those who prefer their tea to have a more subtle fruitiness. Additionally, the tea's robust flavor, while a strength, might not appeal to those who prefer lighter, less aromatic teas.Overall, the Basilur Magic Fruits Collection's Sweet Cherry Edition tea is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy a fruity twist to traditional black tea. It stands out for its bold flavor and eco-friendly packaging, though its intensity might not suit everyone's taste preferences.

Strong black tea with a hint of cherry flavor
My husband is from Ireland, so there's always tea being drunk somewhere in our house. He stays loyal to his Tetley, but I am more adventurous in my tea sampling (especially flavored teas). This 25-pack of Basilur tea bags is a refreshing change from plain black tea. The foil-wrapped bags are easy to open and keep the tea fresh. My husband brewed my first cup the same as he brews the Tetley and the result was stronger than I'm used to. I could tell there was a cherry flavor somewhere in the background, but it was very subtle. The over-brewed black tea overpowered any other flavor.I asked him to cut the steeping time in half for the next cup and that worked much better. The tea was still pretty strong, but it was not bitter. The sweet cherry flavor was still mostly a hint or suggestion. I like having a cup with some cinnamon raisin toast to start off my mornings.
