UPDATE a negative that outweighs the positive sadly. 7 days in and last night i took the usual 1/2ml and went to bed but in my sleep i started to itch! that woke me up several times through the night i had taken a 1/2 ml in the afternoon so between the two i had a full dose for the day. i have no rash but just itchiness so i am going to have to stop using to see if it improves it may be contact dermatitis from the mullein. I'm not taking any other supplements so no interactions from anything else. possibly just over used but its not a nice feeling itching through the night effecting my sleep so i have no choice but to stop use. its a shame as i was feeling the benefits in my throat and lungs. i will further update in a few days if this subsides. but because of this reaction after several days use i have to reduce the stars by two because i've not got any allergies.So at first i didn't know if i was going to take this as the tiny bit i put in water wasn't nice so i left it for a couple of months, moving on two months my symptoms have worsened and i now cough up bad every morning so i thought to give this Mullen tincture a proper go and i'm glad i did.The taste isn't all that bad really a pleasant warmness under tounge and let it slide to the back of the throat and swallow, and Boy does it work not only did it stop the coughing up that evening but the following morning i only needed to cough up once not the regular 30 to 40 times. and i only used id say half a dropper for a dose.I gave up smoking just before christmas 2024 2 months ago but since that day my symptoms seam to get worsei will definitely be buying more of this since it has destroyed the awful symptoms i had in my throat every day to near nothing.Great for COPD and throat issues help breath normal.

Only been using product for a week, however I have noticed some improvement in my congestion but as yet it's too early to tell. Did research Mullien and found some interesting literature on its effect relating to Co-Vid, nothing verified as these were scientific research test, but they did point toward its positive results.

This product is completely misleading. It promotes itself as being 100% natural ingredients and therefore I bought in good faith! On receiving this product I opened it believing it was 100% natural ingredients!After using it for over a week without any affect at all!I read the ingredients only to find it contains ethanolNowhere in your description does it mention ethanol!Had I known it’s true content I would never have purchased this product! I have opened it but I would certainly like to return it and get my money back!Very disappointing! Strong sharp taste I believe due to ethanol content! Zero effectiveness…
