Is this really mould resistant?

I have had mine a while now and there is no sign of any mould at all,i take it down and wash it every two weeks it washes very well and never any sign of mould or marks of any kind.

I need a really long shower curtain to reach the floor would this product fit the bill?

Impossible to answer that. It depends on how high your curtain rail is from the floor. This curtain is 2 meters drop. My curtain rail is 2.04 m from the floor and the curtain just brushes the floor. Hope that helps.

What is the maximum temperature water it can handle in the shower?

more than the hottest water that is used in a shower it is the same with any shower curtain dont put boiling water from the kettle
