Purpose Built & I'm Pleasantly Surprised
Considering that this cost somewhere between 1/3rd an 1/2 of the comparable "brand name" models of stainless steel smokeless firepits, I was a little skeptical but settled on the idea that it's just a place to build a fire on a summer or fall evening and it didn't need to be the handiwork of Michaelangelo or an award-winning feat of engineering. And indeed it is neither of those things - but it is a really nice firepit and I am pleasantly surprised.First, I got the 27" one and it is absolutely huge. The pictures don't do it justice. The wood is never uniform in length unless you buy it at the grocery store and it's always fairly long. You should not have an issue fitting wood into this firepit, though. Great size. Also, the instructions say that to achieve maximum smokeless burn you want to keep the logs below the rim. So, if you have larger pieces, you'll want a larger pit. That's what drove me to the 27" model.Regarding smokelessness - smokeless is probably an overstatement for all of these pits but I can confirm that the fire was virtually smokeless. Nobody came back into the house smelling like smoke. Regarding heat output - it was a lot. Far more than I anticipated. That fire looked like what you see coming out of the back of an F35 fighter plane (we did add a decent amount of wood). It burned super-hot - so much so that despite all the wood there were virtually no ashes.Clean-up was a snap because the base is a separate piece that weighs very little. It comes in three pieces (four with the little stand) and takes 30 seconds to "assemble" and "disassemble". It comes with a carry bag that fits snug although I'm a little skeptical about longevity. We'll see.Overall, I'm really happy with it and recommend it. I think the design is a great improvement over standard firepits - at least if you want the smokeless feature and full burns. Looks sharp as well.

Great smokeless option
Minimal assembly needed. It’s not that heavy so it’s easily portable. It comes with a cover/case which is helpful for transport. The quality is good for the price. If you’re going for a basic or futuristic look for your backyard, you can use it as is. However, I don’t like how it just looks like a silver bin, so I plan on building an actual fire pit and putting this in the middle. Would recommend this product.

Very well designed outdoor fire pit
This has been one more good addition to our backyard. Using it for quite a few days, I see that this has been thoughtfully designed - durable steel quality, sturdy stand for a safe base.My favorite feature is the removable ash pan - which makes cleaning convenient and less messy! It does the intended work of providing less smoke (nothing is completely smokeless :) ) and keeping us cozy.

Perfect size.
The construction of the fire pit is solid. Seems like a heavier guage stainless. The design offers good airflow and is easy to start and maintain a fire. It looks nice. After a few fires, it will loose some of the beautiful stainless look, but that goes along with the territory. I really like the smaller size (15"). It's perfect for a small patio, small enough to pack as a camping trip and still produces good heat and a nice environment/setting.The ash is easy to clean out. I would guess the only drawback to the smaller size is the limitation of the wood pieces you can use. On the upside, a small amount of wood produces a good, efficient fire. Little to no smoke is produced when the fire is going. This is a good alternative at a lower price point.
