I fall asleep fairly fast but I struggle with waking up in the night.Since using these drops I have been waking up less and feeling more refreshed in the morning. Love how natural all the ingredients are, extremely high quality product and I'm hopeful it will help to cement a better sleep routine.

A good product with nice packaging, clear instructions, and a remarkably palatable taste for a supplement! So far seems to be encouraging a good sleep through the night too.

I have been using this for 2 weeks, and it is now an essential part of my nightly routine. I use it about half an hour before bed, and by the time I've taken my make-up off and read my book for 10 minutes, I am so calm and relaxed that I doze off easily. I described it ot my husband as 'feeling like you're in a nice warm bath'. It also tastes quite nice! I've already bought some for a friend who was having trouble sleeping.
