I have been trying to find my cats a food that is low in calories and then under the calorie intake they (all 6) of our kiddos need a day. then take into acount they each get enpough protien. Not easy!! I called addictions because as far as I have heard they are a new cat and dog food company. This makes me nervous. what I tend to think is if tgey are new, how many people have had there babies on the food for. Is it long enough time to make an educated suggestion about weather or not to try the food. Ever sinse the day we started my girls (cats) on Addictions they don't seem to be overly excited and when I checked there weight they each have gained one to 2 pounds. I called the company before and during the time I chose to use or try them to see if before we invested in the wet food as expensive as it is, if we could get a couple of samples. They sent us a sample of the dry foods we have tried or they are on already. Our cat's do not like wet food and actually gag when I put anything in front of them. I know in order for them to lose weight and maintain weight they need to not eat all dry food. Then I started to think about the name (addictions) they are not going crazy like they can't wait for there next dose, but they are not losing weight either. thats all I can say about addictions. I wish it worked out better but we are moving on slowly but surely to the next food. I just wish we could have tried thee wet food as samples because addictions food is very expensive. Thank you
