As one who frequently has trouble with wax build-up, this device is a godsend! A compact unit that is very easy to use. Multiple settings for varying degrees of spray intensity. Automatic temperature sensing. I thought the ear cup would be messy and unreliable, but this was not the case. It worked perfectly. No mess. Use in conjunction with ear drops for maximum effect.

The KAUGIC Upgraded Ear Wax Removal Kit is a well-made, convenient device with some great features. I really like the rechargeable battery, which makes it easy to use anywhere without constantly changing batteries. The built-in water temperature sensor is a smart safety feature—it ensures the water is always at a comfortable temperature. Plus, the fact that it’s FSA/HSA eligible is a nice bonus.One thing to note: it works much better if you use an ear wax softener before cleaning. I didn’t get much wax or dead skin out using just the device alone, but after softening the wax for a day or two, it worked much more effectively.My only real complaint is the instructions—they weren’t very clear and could definitely be improved. I had to figure out how to use it through trial and error.Overall, it’s a solid product that does the job well with a little prep. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for an at-home ear cleaning system.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this thing really works. I’d just been to Urgent Care to have compacted wax removed and decided I’d had enough of cotton buds. I get wax build-up quite often, so I thought I’d give this a try, and I’m glad I did. It’s dead easy to use, and the little temperature light is brilliant—gives you that extra bit of reassurance before you start. Even on the softest setting, it cleared out more than I expected, and I could hear better straight away. For tougher clogs, I’d say pop in some wax softening drops first; it really helps. I actually quite like the strong and pulse settings, and cleaning it afterwards is a breeze—no mess at all. If you’re tempted, just go for it.

This did the job for clearing my ears out I usually go to the doctor to get this performed but with this saves me the trip and I had no problems straight forward instructions. I would post the results but trust me it works and I’ll save you all the graphic pics. Works very well also if you combine any ear cleaning solution to loosen up wax prior to using this

Works good. You have to do it five or six times on each ear, maybe more. Cleans out the wax.

Works as expected and easy to clean. Just the right amount of storage capacity for one person to use. I use it with ease and it has different settings on it. You can pick the setting that is comfortable for you. I love the design and you can use it safely without hurting your ears. The first time I used it I got results. Awesome product.
