Perfect for staying accountable
I have bought many food/diet journals in the past and this is my favourite of them all. I love the simplicity of it and the layout. It's not complicated and doesn't take ages to fill in. It has everything you need to stay accountable to yourself including a habit tracker. I am only 4 days in and I have bought another one ready for when this one is full. I'm that confident of actually finishing this journal. The price/value of the book is amazing.

For non calorie counters!
The book itself is easy to use and has already helped me to start changing my habits. I hated calorie counting, and it never worked for me, so just being able to see what I'm eating, and report my feelings on this, is a much better option for me. However, my book has some pieces/pages missing that are listed in the advertisement - There's no 'Victory of the day' on each page, I have no measurement trackers every 30 days, and there is no place for the date on each page. I also bought a 'used' version, which shouldn't have any writing in, but unfortunately it still did.

It works if you stick to it.
I completed the journal (90 days) and lost 16lbs. I have another 14lbs to lose so I'm purchasing another. Very good for keeping you accountable.

Keep on track
This is a handy journal to help you keep on track with your diet, fluid intake, exercise and goals. It's very simple but personally I think it would be better if it added a daily fruit and veg log. Other than that it is a very handy guide. I think it may be slightly overpriced though.

Brilliant purchase
I love this book, it’s helped me so much with my weight loss! I read some negative reviews prior to purchase talking about the fact that you can get apps which do the same for free and it’s overly basic for the price. For me, I prefer writing down what I’ve eaten to electronically logging it on a phone app, it somehow makes me feel more accountable to physically write it down. It is simple but does everything that I want it to do. There are progress reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days to review your weight loss and inches lost. There are motivational quotes at the top of each page which may be quite cheesy but I actually really like for some positive thoughts and encouragement. This book has become my new best friend, I wish I’d got it ages ago. I used to struggle with overeating/ stress eating and this book has helped me regain control. Would recommend to anybody!

I’m 1st 4lbs lighter from when I started - A really useful aid to weight loss & healthier habits
An excellent journal which has really helped me. I have mobility issues and use a wheelchair all the time so losing weight has been hard for me and the temptation to eat too many sugary foods for a quick energy and/or emotional fix is my downfall. However this journal (and the help of Paul McKennas hypnotic gastric band book and DVD) has helped me lose 1st 4lbs despite not being able to exercise. Even with following the hypnotic gastric band programme I find that if I don’t write in the journal then I am not accountable and I fall off the wagon and overeat and eat more sweet things than I should! The first few pages of the journal are about goals and your starting point with weight and body measurements, the last page records your new measurements and results. The 90 pages in between record the 90 days of the journal. It begins with space to record what you have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. There is lots of space for all of these. Next you can record sleep time and smiley/ indifferent/ sad faces help to record how you feel about your food and exercise that day, I learn visually so this is a really good way for me to recognise how the day has gone to help me make make an improvement the next day even if I’m having a bad day and I just do a bit more and get dressed rather than have another PJ day! I also love the water glasses as a visual reminder to drink more but it would be better if the journal specified how much water each glass represents. Next there is an exercise/ activity section to see what I do throughout the day and record it so I can identify where I’ve maybe overdone things if I’m struggling to do more than sit/lie there the next day. Under this is a section to note cravings and my response to them, this is a really positive way to look forward which combined with the last section of “something to make tomorrow better” which makes me get into a positive frame of mind with an action plan that I wake upto the next day! Overall it is an excellent journal and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to be healthier or lose weight.

Tracking is a BIG help
This is very helpful. I've gone through 2/3rds of keeping this diary and just the act of filling it out daily has helped me see exactly what I'm eating and where I can improve. Same goes for exercise and I can see how much I've done and the progress I've made. I chose not to weigh myself at the beginning because I'd of become obsessed with it and could have got disheartened. However, I can feel and see I have lost. Writing down everything I eat and tracking exercise has had a knock on effect in that I want to eat and exercise even better. The act of using this diary has helped immensely. The only thing I felt it's lacking is space to write progress like a journal. I wanted to chart my feelings and check in with myself on how I'm doing. It doesn't have that so I just wrote it down on paper and dated it which I keep in the diary. It has definitely kept me aware and accountable. It was a good idea to get this.

I used to try daily journaling with blank books, but it got really annoying to rewrite the format every day. So I started looking for daily tracking books like this. I have tried several over the past year, but this one is my favorite. I like the size of the book, it has a lot of room for writing and includes all the important things I want to track, I appreciate the quotes on each page and the body check in every 30 days. I have almost filled up the 2nd book and just ordered number 3. I find it really helps me stick to my plans and keep me accountable so I will continue to use them.

This has space for most of what I’d like to record, but I’d like more for journaling about events and moods that may have an impact on what I eat.
