The tufting gun and materials are very good it's my first time I had tried a hard design to do at first but i will pock an easier design to carry on with for now but overall it a good product.

First Time Use
So, I only used the tufting gun for about 5 minutes and that was fine. However, plugging it in, there was a spark, on two different surge protectors). Nothing strange once in operation though. The kit came with an empty bottle of sewing machine oil. Buy your own yarn if you're looking to do anything of significance to get started.

I'm from Peru, shipping was really fast. It comes with all the elements indicated in the advertisement, I was missing no piece. I've been using it for more than 4 months now and it hasn't given me any problems and it's very easy to use. I'm really fascinated with the machine.

Missing parts
My product came with an empty oil bottle so i had to order a separate bottle of oil for the gun.
