This umbrella base fit perfect under our lightweight patio table. It holds the umbrella securely so it won't blow into the pool (the old one wasn't heavy enough and our old umbrella went right in)I do want to say, it feels a lot heavier than 40 lbs Much much heavier, we used a dolly to move it. But due to it's heaviness, it holds the umbrella in place nicely. The white color is elegant too and it's made really well. A nice departure from the usual round bases.

Don't take any size, one too small, one too big. I used one from the old stand. Bad info on the site I think.

We have patio cocktail tables that do not fit over a standard height umbrella base so these shorter height supports are perfect! The square base is more stable than round ones and the way to substantial enough to hold things in place even under windy conditions. Excellent value

These stands do not hold the umbrella because the poll stand is to short. Blow over in the wind. I Ordered 3 but to heavy to send back. They are built well but poor design.

We had high winds and our umbrella stayed intact!Worked well! Looks nice too! Great value! Fits nice under our table!

Just what I needed for my balcony umbrella ( 4ft. Wide umbrella ).Would recommend !!It is quite heavy.
