Looks way more expensive than it actually is. The screen is bright and easy to read, even when I’m outside. Setup was a breeze and it synced with my phone right away. I get all my app notifications on it so I don't have to keep checking my screen. If you want a solid smart watch without spending a few hundred, just get this one.

I love my FITVII Tracker. I have had sever Fitbits and for the price this FITVII is just as good. My husband has one too.

The watch works well is reliable and dependable. I get almost a week on a charge, I always charge at 6 days, have never had a no power/charge incident. The band could be a bit more durable otherwise satisfied with the watch.

This is a customer experience review. I had a problem with my fitness tracker. Emailed support on Friday and by Tuesday I had the replacement fitness tracker in hand. This is very quick and excellent support service. I really enjoy this tracker because it's easy to use, has many features, and it WORKS GREAT. What is even better is when you compare the many things it does for a very reasonable price. Add in the prompt response from the support team and this tracker is great buy. If you are looking for a tracker that works great and at a good price this is the one for you. I also like the smart phone app which allows me to view the history and track my fitness goals. I have compared its health monitoring and its spot on with the doctor's office.

I have been using this watch for a while now here are some things to note before buying it. 1. You need to download the app and bluetooth it to your watch however you do not need an account you can skip it if you don't want to make one which is nice. 2. The step tracker, and hear rate is off by a lot but that to be expected. 3. The weather app only works if you have the app open and connected at all times just having it connected to your phone with bluetooth is not enough. 4. You cant text off the watch it only shows messages you received when you have the app connected something you have to do every time you are away from the watch. 5. Sleep tracker is pretty good but hard to test unless someone checks it while you sleep. Summary: Its a nice watch for someone who wants to keep an eye on their heath the big issue is you have to use the app and set it up to use all the features and keep it connected all the time for it to work, you can also use custom appearance for the wallpaper that also changes the layout of the watch but you need to do it through the watch app but once you apply the wallpaper you want it will stay even if you lose connection to the phone. I got the watch when it was about half off and believe it was worth it at that price but not for full price 3/5 stars.

NOT GOOD AS ADVERTISED

I initially believed I was purchasing a Fitbit product, but it turned out not to be one. The watch required downloading a companion app developed and operated overseas, which raised data privacy concerns for me. Because of that, I chose to return the watch. I can’t fairly review its performance, but the device itself looked sleek and felt lightweight.
