This has helped with my understanding of Prosi 3 phase model and ADKAR understanding. Given me a greater understanding of the need to managing resistance and having resistance as an important factor when dealing with changes.

This is very much an introduction to many of the concepts of change management. It’s a good primer but for more in depth information on the process you will need additional reading. It’s worth a glance however you will need to dig deeper and consul other sources.
