I bought this primarily because I had read reviews that it might work as a lip primer. I have VERY dry lips, so i needed something to help keep lipstick looking fresh. I first used chap stick, waiting a few minutes and blotted off excess. Used this primer sparingly. Then lip pencil and lipstick. Stayed on pretty well for about 4 hrs. Not bad! The primer is a gel and pretty sticky, so if you are looking for a more spackle type base, this is not it

Have used this for 3 years, I would not apply foundation without this! Holds it in place and helps with dryness! A little goes a long way!
